Market-data path

The keeper consumes Pyth Hermes observations and produces short-lived EIP-712 reports verified by the deployed SignedOracleRouter. Reports are transaction-scoped, freshness-bounded, confidence-checked, and used atomically by direct trades, intent execution, TP/SL, conditional orders, and liquidation.
